Individual Therapeutic Coaching:

One-on-one support that honors your full humanity, your lived experience, your body’s wisdom, and your deep desire for peace, clarity, and self-trust. Together, we’ll strengthen the tools and inner capacities that help you build internal safety, deepen how you relate, and root more fully into the life you want to create.

Whether you’re seeking to calm anxiety, move through the effects of trauma, or change the relationship history that keeps repeating, this is a space where healing becomes not only possible, but sustainable.

Individual sessions: $225
3-month Therapeutic Coaching Intensive: $2,500 (12 weekly sessions with built-in flexibility)
Available in two payments of $1,250
Committing to three months sends a signal to every part of you that you’re ready to do this differently.

Relationship Coaching:

Relationships are one of the most powerful arenas for healing. Whether you're navigating current or past relationships and their complexities on your own or with another, this work can help you bring more clarity, safety, and connection into how you relate. Available for individuals and couples. Rates vary. Reach out and we’ll find the right fit.

Group Coaching Programs:

Small, intimate groups designed for deep inner work in a supportive community. In these programs, you’ll:

  • learn tools to calm anxiety

  • balance your energy

  • break free from ingrained beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve you

  • connect with, support, and be supported by others on a similar path.
