Break Free from Anxiety
JoinThe Inner Peace Project
A 6-week therapeutic coaching group to calm mind-looping, regulate anxious energy, and feel more grounded in daily life
This group experience is especially supportive for people who are currently in therapy or who have completed traditional or trauma-focused therapy and still feel a gap between insight and day-to-day emotional experience.
Is this you??
You feel overwhelmed by anxious thoughts.
You wonder why you don’t feel better, after all the work you’ve done.
You’re exhausted all day but can’t sleep at night.
You have a nagging feeling that something is very wrong with you.
You feel like nobody really understands what this is like.
You are in therapy (or have completed trauma-focused therapy) and still feel anxiety running the show in daily life.
You feel like anxiety is just something you’ll have to live with forever.
I believed that.
And so do many others.
But it doesn’t have to stay this way.
That’s why I created
The Inner Peace Project
“I had serious issues with anxiety, insecurities, body dysmorphia… Sally’s unique blend of techniques helped me shed so many layers of myself that have been holding me back.”
Here are the results you’ll start to see and feel
Over six weeks, you’ll build practical skills to interrupt anxious thought loops, regulate your body’s energy, understand yourself more fully, and respond to stress with more steadiness and self-trust.
What’s Included in the Program:
6 weeks of guided support via the Owl’s Nest Groups platform
7 live group coaching calls on Zoom (75 minutes each, Wednesdays 6:00–7:15pm ET)
Weekly video modules released every Thursday
Check-in prompts and private journal reflections (homework questions included)
One private 1:1 coaching session (scheduled when you feel it would be most beneficial to you, up to one week after the program ends)
A small group setting for intimate support (max 12 participants)
“I walk away from every session with not only clarity but the tools and perspectives needed to make significant adjustments.”
My story
My approach to healing is rooted in both lived experience and professional training. In the late '90s, I was navigating a severe panic and anxiety disorder, rooted in unresolved childhood trauma I hadn’t yet named. That experience ultimately led me to train as a holistic trauma therapist, and for over two decades, I had the privilege of walking alongside survivors on their healing paths. I created and directed the first and only Complementary Therapy Program at a leading New York City victim services agency, offering everything from energy healing and auricular acupuncture to hypnosis, NLP, and more. I know how powerful it is when healing is approached with compassion, skill and intuition. That’s the foundation of The Inner Peace Project, an offering shaped by everything I’ve lived, practiced, and learned over the past 25 years.

Is this program right for you?
Let’s find out! The Intro Call is an opportunity to ensure that The Inner Peace Project will meet your needs in a way that feels safe, supportive, and empowering. This 30-minute conversation, conducted on Zoom, is designed to explore whether the program aligns with your goals and current situation and is required for all applicants to the program.
Many applicants are engaged in therapy or have completed trauma-focused therapy. This program is designed to complement that work by focusing on changing how anxiety moves through you, regulating your emotions, mind-loop awareness, and real-life integration.
My commitment is to cultivate a cohesive group experience where each participant feels supported and valued. If I determine that your needs extend beyond what this program is designed to provide, I will thoughtfully guide you toward options that may be more appropriate and better suited for you. This helps ensure the group remains a steady, supportive space where participants can fully engage and benefit from the process.
“Sally has changed my life many times over. Her incredibly precise yet gentle guidance was exactly what I needed after a decade of floundering in & out of various talk therapy situations…”
