My story
My approach to healing is rooted in both lived experience and professional training. In the late '90s, I was navigating a severe panic and anxiety disorder, rooted in unresolved childhood trauma I hadn’t yet named. That experience ultimately led me to train as a holistic trauma therapist, and for over two decades, I had the privilege of walking alongside survivors on their healing paths. I created and directed the first and only Complementary Therapy Program at a leading New York City victim services agency, offering everything from energy healing and auricular acupuncture to hypnosis, NLP, and more. I know how powerful it is when healing is approached with compassion, skill and intuition. That’s the foundation of The Inner Peace Project, an offering shaped by everything I’ve lived, practiced, and learned over the past 25 years.

Program Schedule
Below is the schedule of group coaching calls and module releases. Each week, you'll receive resources such as videos, audios, or supplementary materials designed to help you integrate the practices and tools we'll explore.
Program Kickoff

Welcome Video Released – An introduction to the program, its structure, and how to get the most out of your experience.Wednesday, date TBA 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM (ET):
Introductory Group Coaching Session – Meet your fellow participants, set intentions for the program, and learn how to make the most of the upcoming weeks.
Module Schedule
Starting on (date TBA), you will receive an email every Thursday for eight weeks containing a video or audio coaching module and accompanying materials. This is followed by participation in a live group coaching call the next Wednesday evening to deepen your practice. This interval gives you six days to practice with the materials, complete the weekly check-in and answer homework questions on the learning platform. On Friday, TBA, mid-way through the program, there will be an optional live coaching call focused on panic attacks.
